Shipping & Delivery
Our shipping days are Monday-Friday. Holidays do not apply. Orders that are placed Monday-Friday before 9:00 AM Pacific Time will be shipped the same day in case there are no special campaigns like fundraising events going on. In this case we will inform you on the shipping date. We always ship as fast we can. Normally, all orders placed after 9:00 AM will be shipped as soon as possible, latest on the next available shipping day. Expedited Shipping Service is subject to the above conditions.
International orders outside the US: additional duties and taxes may apply. Please study your country's terms before placing an order. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for the possible duties and taxes applied. We always use the actual value of the shipment on the customs documentation. In the unlikely case that postage charged from us is much higher than the customer is quoted, we reserve the right to cancel the order or work with the customer to get them their products. Shipping duration varies greatly depending on the country. With USPS Priority Mail and UPS, orders are usually delivered in two weeks. With USPS 1st Class Mail, it might take longer than two weeks. You will receive a tracking code when we ship the order. Phone number and email address are mandatory.

Returns & Replacements
If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a 7-day money back guarantee on every product we offer providing it is unused and in original condition. Please call customer service at 909.518.7465 or email us at email@example.com to submit your claim. Customers assume all costs in shipping to us and we assume the cost in shipping replacements back to the customer. All replacement products are shipped UPS Ground unless a rush is requested. The cost of the shipping upgrade is to be paid by the customer prior to shipment.

This information must be identical to the information originally submitted with your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order.Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was submitted, and your order was shipped out after, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping. However, if the cancellation was documented as received after the order was shipped, we will refund the merchandise total less shipping upon receipt of the returned items.
